Engen Xtreme

1. Introduction

These Programme Rules govern the earning and redemption mechanics of the Engen Xtreme Rewards Programme (“Programme”). These Rules must be read together with the Programme Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), which are available at https://engenxtreme.co.za/terms-and-conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Rules and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

2. Eligibility and Membership

• Customers must register via the official Programme WhatsApp chatbot to participate.
• Membership is free of charge.
• Members may cancel their membership at any time.
• Upon cancellation, all unused Points will immediately expire. Any vouchers already issued will remain valid until their stated expiry date.
  
  

3. Earning of Points

• Members earn Points based on qualifying purchases of Engen Xtreme lubricant products as follows:
• • Xtreme S15: 50 points per litre
  • Xtreme S10: 20 points per litre
  • Xtreme S8: 10 points per litre
    
    
• Members will receive double Points on all qualifying purchases for the first two (2) months from the date of successful registration.
• Points earned are capped at R500 per Member per calendar month.
• Only purchases supported by valid till receipts submitted via the official WhatsApp chatbot will qualify for Points.
• For a till slip to be considered valid it must:

• • reflect the name of the store;
  • reflect a date not older than 30 days from the date of submission;
  • reflect an amount; and
  • contain an unsullied and unambiguous reference to Engen Xtreme products.
    
    
• Online purchases and invoices do not qualify for Points earning.
  
  

4. Points Allocation

• Points are allocated upon successful receipt validation and verification.
• Engen reserves the right to withhold or reverse Points where transactions are found to be invalid, fraudulent, or non-compliant.
  
  

5. Redemption of Points

• Points may be redeemed for vouchers via the Programme WhatsApp chatbot.
• Redemption is initiated via the WhatsApp chatbot in accordance with the prescribed process.
• 10 Points are equivalent to R1.00 (one rand).
  
  

6. Vouchers

• Vouchers issued through the Programme are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue.
• Vouchers must be used at participating retailers and are subject to any applicable retailer terms.
• Vouchers can only be used once and any unused balance will be forfeited.
  
  

7. Expiry of Points

• Unused Points will expire twelve (12) months after the date on which they were earned.
• Expired Points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
  
  

8. General

• Engen reserves the right to amend these Programme Rules from time to time, subject to notice to Members in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
• Any abuse, fraud, or misuse of the Programme may result in forfeiture of Points and/or termination of membership.
